Shiftomatch is a place for real restaurant shifts and real work. Here's what's not allowed, ever:
- Sexual or explicit content — no nude or sexual photos, videos, or messages anywhere on the platform (profile, work photos, notes, chat), including AI-generated content
- Using shifts as a cover for something else— no offering, requesting, or arranging sexual services, dates, or any non-work exchange disguised as a “shift”
- Illegal work— nothing involving drugs, stolen goods, unlicensed activity, or work you're not legally authorized to do
- Harassment or discrimination — no threats, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, national origin, immigration status, gender, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Fake accounts — no impersonating someone else or lying about your identity, experience, or restaurant
- Spam or scams— no trying to collect people's personal or financial information beyond what the shift itself requires
If we find this kind of content or behavior, we will remove it. The account responsible can be suspended or permanently banned, and illegal activity may be reported to law enforcement.
